Orders usually take 1-5 business days to process after payment. During holidays or in case of special circumstances, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Please pay more attention that:

  1. We CAN'T ship packages to PO Box addresses.
  2. We cannot ship to military bases.
  3. Please do leave us your correct phone number, the express companies won't accept packages without phone numbers.
  4. Please place your order with a valid email, the order confirmation, order notices, tracking information and so on will all send to the email you used to place your order.

Please kindly note that our customers are responsible for packages that are not collected in a timely manner, for situations where contact via phone is not successful, or for packages with overdue and unpaid customs duties. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for losses, destruction, or returns resulting from these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Package Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number along with a link to track your parcel. Please note that it may take 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to become available. After the package leaves our facility, it is sent to the logistics center, where it is scanned and the tracking status is updated.

Tax Policy

The price of all goods on our site already includes applicable taxes. When you place an order, no additional tax charges will be added to the total price. In case of a refund, the full amount, including the tax portion, will be returned to the original payment method.
